Attitude is what everyone speaks around you always..it is considered as a matter of prime importance in a human life.
Have you ever wondered what it is actually???Well..its as simple as this..its just a mirror image of you..
it clearly reflects what you think, what you feel and what you do.
Talent opens the door to success, the door to popularity, the door to supremacy but what attitude does is – paves way to reach those doors and stay there permanently once they are opened with your key of talent.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE MAKES YOU HEALTHY AND WEALTHY
You know how??
People with positive attitude are found to have a longer lifetime and a better health when compared to others. It improves your mental health which has a very large impact on your physical health.
Such people with positive attitude are bound to overcome the jinx and achieve success in all their tasks.Positive attitude helps you to concentrate more on the solutions to the problems rather than the problems itself.
Here is an example of a deaf girl with a powerful attitude-”everyone says that i am deaf, but for me everyone is dumb.”If the crisis that arise are unstoppable forces in one’s life then people with positive attitude stay as immovable objects.
And hence, positive attitude is always crowned with success.
You may wonder why I have not mentioned about negative attitude when speaking about attitude in common. Here it is,if negative attitude is set A and talent is set B then A intersection B would be a null set.
There are no second chances in life so boost up your life with positive energy and thoughts and success will be yours.never ever dare to imagine how a negative attitude would be…that’s my attitude now..what about you??

When you are tough on yourself, life is going to be infinitely easier on you. You will look back on the times you laughed and you will cry. You will look back on the times you cried, and you will laugh. You will always remember close friends, and you will always keep memories of them in your heart. Life is hard, it’s tough.
The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A Death! What’s that, a bonus? I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way.
Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you’re too young, you get racing bike, you go to work. You work forty years until you’re young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school.
You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating and you finish off as an orgasm. This will be the coolest thing to experience.
But just fantasizing ain’t going to suffice for, or make up things. Tough times never last, but tough people do. Thriving in tough times and feeling good helps in coping with the embedded challenges of life. Riding out of pains means marshaling your emotional resources and managing them as a catalyst for personal growth.
Well, in my view if we want to emerge as true winners then we should begin taking up challenges as they might knock at our doors as opportunities. Very rarely do we ever go out and try to find a crisis that we can be a part of and experience. We spend our energy running away from them. But truly try and experience something to be different from the common herd. I know my father who learned some things after about a half dozen of these not-so-wonderful events.
He shared a few with me like—
· High Speed Chase; (Going through red lights at 85 miles per hour!)
· Diwali 1980; (An awful evening, that turned out great!)
· He didn’t die, twice; (Watching friends die, who then saved him!)
· The Little Star; (Ramming a huge bridge in his flooded village with a small boat!)
· A Special Ring; (He hated going through this, but he’s glad he did as he got me as gift!)
· The Obstacle Course (His industry went into crisis, He didn’t want this!)
· He was sick again, why? (His beloved daughter (Me) suffered severe typhoid!)
So, what was the opportunity in each of these events? Very often, a chance to look back, look within and change the path that he was on.
Sometimes, we tend to change course just a little bit, but small course corrections are a vital part of success. Ask any navigator, or astronaut, how critical a tiny course correction is on a long journey, and the will probably tell you that it is a life-or-death correction
Oh, you say you are not on a long journey, therefore it doesn’t matter if you make any small corrections! Well, you may be right. You may only have another week or so to live, but I don’t know that. I believe that my soul will NEVER die, that it has the gift of permanent life. It is immortal. With that perspective, you can see why I believe in the value of even the smallest course correction!
“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” – Winston Churchill

The only thing that is permanent in life is “Change”. So, Life is Dynamic. Someone has rightly said add life to days to make it more fun. Change is inevitable as nothing endures but change.
I gave up my guitar——————– I began playing Sitar
I painted my bike red ……………………..I repainted my bike to black
I thought of apologizing to my Ex…………………………My Ex no longer remembered me
I want to move out of home………………………………..I want to spend more time with parents
I’m getting my wisdom tooth……………………………..I don’t feel any wiser.
The dilemma of life.
Unhappy? Stressed out?
You seem to be doing all the right things, but yet you still feel unfulfilled. So, what’s wrong? You want that feeling of happiness again, like that sense of pleasure you had as a child when you saw your first rainbow. Then What to opt for and out of??
You don’t have to buy from anyone. You don’t have to work at any particular job. You don’t have to participate in any given relationship. You can choose……Yes …Choice, It’s all about freedom–the freedom to pick one thing over another. Are you choosing what you want from life?
So What Life Choice Will You Make?
So How Can You Open To Choosing Differently?
1. Be clear about what you want. Have a sense of purpose. With a target to aim for, you’ll know what will serve you best.
2. STOP and ASK yourself questions. “Why am I doing this? What do I want to achieve?” WRITE down your answers. Be more conscious of how you are spending your precious time, because this is your life passing by. This will help you say, “Wait! I don’t want to do this anymore!”
3. Never allow yourself to play the victim. Victims have given away their power. You alone are responsible for your life. When you fully accept this, you will claim your inner power to make better choices. Change often comes from nothing more than a shift in perspective.
4. Be open to possibilities for yourself. Select one area of your life where you are unsatisfied, and choose something new, something more for yourself. Do different things and do things differently. Risk more..
Empowerment arises from the three Cs: choice, courage and change. They are yours to claim. You’ll be astounded at how easy it will be to take charge once you’ve made up your mind to do so. You have the opportunity to create a future that’s very different from your past. And remember: not choosing is also a choice. “It is always your next move.” — Napoleon Hill

Today I am going to come across a very important topics which is a common for all the kinds of people, because they are very important what ever the task might be. Many people have the problem of lacking the concentration while doing some works. Especially the students as well as the workers have this which may led to incompleteness of works as well as a poor output.
So here are some of the tips which can really work on everyone to increase the focus as well as the concentration on what ever the task might be.

Tips To Increase Concentration Power:
1. Strengthen concentration. Twice a day, practice holding a specific object in mind steadily for 5 to 10 minutes. The item should have some detail that you can imagine, but it should also be simple to “see” it in your mind. Some good examples: an apple, a pencil, the face of your child or pet, your house as it looks from the outside, and so on. Choose something you won’t have trouble picturing, but something that requires you to focus in order to see it clearly. Call up a strong mental image of it, and then try to keep your focus on the object for a full 5 or 10 minutes without losing your focus.
2. Empty your mind. Another focus-killer is a head full of scattered thoughts. You know those days when you’ve got a million things going on and you’re trying to remember them all at once and you keep forgetting things anyway? Emptying your mind can do wonders for scattered thoughts! Before you do this exercise, first make a list of everything you can think of that you need to remember. This will help you feel more comfortable about releasing your scattered thoughts.
3. Visualize for practice. If you’ve got an important goal or task coming up and you’re feeling unsure about your ability to do it, visualize it first! Many studies have been done on the power of visualization, and the general consensus is that performing tasks and activities mentally over and over again is equally as effective as performing them physically! That means that visualization can serve as a powerful practice session that helps you master anything – including better time management.
4. Mind the surroundings – the location, direction, lighting – all make a difference to your attention span. You should be reasonably comfortable in a quiet place with proper lighting etc
5. Do away with distractions – while tv and radio are more obvious distractions and can easily be avoided, there are others like telephone calls, or friends and relatives dropping in to chat for a while. There are no general rules for them and you will have to devise your personal rules to take care of such issues.
6. Manage requirements – make sure that you have prearranged all your requirements before you get set. This may include your study material, notes, pen, pencil, calculator, highlighter or whatever you might need during your study / task.
7. Join the younger ones – if you have young children, sit for your study along with them. It will motivate you to discipline yourself and concentrate.
8. Put your heart with mind - applying your mind to the work is a prerequisite in any case; however adding curiosity and positive attitude makes the real difference. When you become inquisitive and start enjoying the study, assimilation and understanding is much faster, much better.
9. Use pencil extensively – do underline frequently and use white space in the margins to make your own short notes. While writing adds to your pick-up, it helps tremendously during future references.
10. Exercise your mental faculties – games such as crossword puzzles, sudoku and word jumbles are good relaxation tools as well as help you improve memory and concentration. Keep some time for them.
11. Live a balanced life - nutritious eating habits and regular sleeping hours help you to lead a healthy life with better memory and concentration.

Health is wealth as everyone knows. So at the present scenario the most of the problems comes due to the lack of time. For example no time to take regular exercise, no time to be with family. These are some of the fatal problems which causes more stress. So here are some of the common disorders caused due the these reasons.
Top 10 Disorders Of The Year :
1. Anxiety
Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling, but severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating. Anxiety is often triggered by stress in our lives. some are more vulnerable to anxiety, but even those who become anxious easily can learn to manage it well. We also make ourselves anxious with ‘negative self-talk’ – a habit of telling ourselves the worse will happen!
2. Stress
Stress is useful in small doses, and too little can actually be bad for you – leaving you bored and unstimulated. Sometimes the challenges of study, work, relationships, finances, or home life overload us and we feel unable to cope. Our relationships, home life, work load, financial and time pressures are stressors we often don’t notice. then a specific event such as the loss of a loved one, unemployment etc on top of the daily stress can feel unbearable.
3. Effects of Traumatic Events
A traumatic incident is any event which has a stressful impact sufficient to overwhelm your usual coping strategies. They are usually sudden and shocking incidents outside the rage of ordinary human experience. Examples of traumatic events include accidents, violent assaults, witnessing a violent incident, suicides or suicide attempts by family members, and natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
4. Anorexia

5. Cardiovascular Disorder
When researching Cardiovascular Disorders and Diseases the first topic that tends to come to mind is “Heart Attack.” A Heart Attack is caused by the blockage of a coronary vessel, that is a vessel responsible for supplying the heart with blood. Coronary Artery Disease is a serious problem in the United States, despite heightened awareness and medical capabilities.
6. Influenza

7. Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is a rare fatal degenerative disease of the central nervous system. Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease occurs throughout the world at an incidence of one person in a million; however, among certain populations, such as Libyan Jews, rates are somewhat higher. The disease commonly occurs in adults between the ages of 40 and 70, although some young adults have been stricken with the disease.
8. HIV/AIDS
AIDS is the byname of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome – a transmissible disease of the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). HIV slowly attacks and destroys the immune system, the body’s defense against infection, leaving an individual vulnerable to a variety of other infections and certain malignancies that eventually cause death.
9. Asthma
Asthma is a chronic disorder of the lungs in which inflamed airways are prone to constrict, causing episodes of breathlessness, wheezing, coughing, and chest tightness that range in severity from mild to life-threatening. Inflamed airways become hypersensitive to a variety of stimuli, including dust mites, animal dander, pollen, air pollution, cigarette smoke, medications, weather conditions, and exercise. Stress can exacerbate symptoms.
10. The Common Cold
The common cold is an acute viral infection that starts in the upper respiratory tract, sometimes spreads to the lower structures, and may cause secondary infections in the eyes or middle ears. More than 100 agents cause the common cold, including parainfluenza, influenza, respiratory syncytial viruses, and retroviruses. Rhinoviruses, however, are the most frequent cause.
