Last day i had a experience with a guy who was presenting something to a group of people. He was really a best person in all aspects and he was very much interested to present the best to the audience. But unfortunately all his valuable points were not reached to the audience. I was seeing the guy very much distracted and was mentally ill. Can anyone say what is the reason of that particular scenario.

So that i decided to compose this particular post in order to bring something or a lesson out of it. Which can be useful for any kinds of people who want to become a better leader. A Leader is one who can solve any problem and tackle any situation of himself and his followers. Before i go deep into it let me give you one of my own experience.  When i was presenting  a paper to audience. I was not a good speaker till i failed. I was the one who would try to get rid of the public speaking even in my school days, those days i never tried to break my shell of fear. The more it went forward the situation was much heavy and tough to adjust with. One after a biggest failure in my life. I decide to change myself to a character that is contrast of present. That was the time which i feel that i broke my shell of fear. After that i showed the maximum interest to speak in public what i was confident about. Gradually i started to speak ..speak and only speak more with my group of friends. All of a sudden i was surprised one day when i started to speak in public very casually with out any fear…:) Thank god.

Here are some of things you have of to consider when you go for a public speaking.

Control Yourself and Your Heart Beat

Initially when you stand in front of the audience look at them and take deep breath and control your heart beat by having a pleasant simple at them. Most of the time some  wont even respond to your smile most often. Those are the group of people who are not interested in speech. So try to concentrate more on those group of people. Try to convince them and make them understand that the speech is for only them. We are caring more about them. Once you get a positive feedback. Now you are on comfort space. Now you heart beat is normalized and its time to go ahead.

Only Speak If Your Are Confident About The Topic

A good speaker is one who can speak and spread the information very clean and effective manner. So the clear view can come only when you are confident about the topic. So get ready only if you are confident about the topic.

Speak About The Statistical Data Only If You Are Sure

Most of the time the people listening to may be smarter than you and they might be waiting for a chance to hook you. So when you present the statistical data be sure you are 100% correct, else don’t give a chance for it.

Try To Gather The Feelings Of The Crowd.

Most of the time you might don’t even know why the people are there to listen you. If you can’t understand the need and feeling of the crowd you can never give a effective speech. So it is better advised to analyses the audience  feel and go ahead else the effort you take may go waste.

Never Go On With A Lengthy Presentation

Audience are not there to see the complete the presentation it is a formula where 10% presentation slide and 90% our speech that makes audience interesting and stick to your speech. Never go for lengthy slides.

Try To Speak Casually And Create Your Comfort Space.

As i already mentioned only if you are sure with the above tips your comfort space can be created.

When Speaking Controversial Topic Please Never Go Deep.

There might be different people of different caste and creed. So stick to one particular side and create a big problem.

Maintain Simple Is Makes Easy To Swallow Strategy.

As long as you are simple you can never go wrong.

Your Body Language Should Impress Others
